Before using any AI feature, the app will present a mandatory consent screen that clearly discloses what personal data will be sent, identifies Anthropic (Claude AI) as the third-party recipient, and requires your explicit agreement before any data is shared. This consent screen appears on every app launch until you accept. AI features are entirely optional — the app functions fully without them.
You may revoke your consent at any time in the app's More tab under AI Data Consent, which will disable all AI-powered features. Upon revocation, no further data will be sent to Anthropic.
No data is sent to Anthropic unless you actively use an AI feature and have provided explicit consent. Progress photos sent for body composition analysis are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on any external server.

GymFusion offers optional premium features via in-app subscriptions managed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information. All billing is handled by Apple.

All subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device Settings under Apple ID > Subscriptions.

GymFusion is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account or request data deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.
Data sent to Anthropic for AI processing is not retained by Anthropic beyond the duration needed to generate a response. No permanent copies of your data are stored by Anthropic.
Firebase data is retained until you request deletion or delete your account. Crash reports and analytics data are retained for up to 90 days.
