GymFusion ("the App") is developed by Ahmed Ali ("Service Provider"). The App is offered as a Freemium service — core features are free, with optional premium features available via subscription.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We never sell your personal data. Your fitness journey is yours alone.

GymFusion integrates with Apple HealthKit to read and write health data with your explicit permission. We access:
HealthKit data is never shared with third parties, used for advertising, or stored on external servers. It remains on your device and in your iCloud account.
GymFusion uses AI to power several features:
AI features are powered by Anthropic, PBC (Claude AI). When you use any AI-powered feature, the following personal data may be sent to Anthropic's servers for processing:

Before using any AI feature, the app will present a mandatory consent screen that clearly discloses what personal data will be sent, identifies Anthropic (Claude AI) as the third-party recipient, and requires your explicit agreement before any data is shared. This consent screen appears on every app launch until you accept. AI features are entirely optional — the app functions fully without them.
You may revoke your consent at any time in the app's More tab under AI Data Consent, which will disable all AI-powered features. Upon revocation, no further data will be sent to Anthropic.
No data is sent to Anthropic unless you actively use an AI feature and have provided explicit consent. Progress photos sent for body composition analysis are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on any external server.

Photos may be sent to Anthropic (Claude AI) for processing when using AI features such as meal scanning, water glass scanning, or body composition analysis. Photos are not permanently stored by Anthropic and are never used for advertising.

GymFusion offers optional premium features via in-app subscriptions managed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information. All billing is handled by Apple.

GymFusion is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.
Data sent to Anthropic for AI processing is not retained by Anthropic beyond the duration needed to generate a response. No permanent copies of your data are stored by Anthropic.
